PRICED PER METRE

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING

To place your order, select the total amount you wish to print per base. The price is per metre, so please input the total number of metres into the quantity field.

Once your order has been placed, please email your images to kpfpyo@gmail.com, using your order number in the subject line. You may either use WeTransfer or attach the images directly to the email.

If you require a specific size, please include this information in your order. Otherwise, the files will be printed at the size they are sent.

By placing your order, you confirm that the file you are submitting is at least 300dpi and was created in RGB colour mode.

JPG and TIFF files are preferred. We can also accept PDFs, although they may not always print as well. All files must be at least 300dpi. Files will be checked for size based on the details provided in your order. If no size is specified, the files will be printed at the size they are sent. We will verify that the files are seamless and attempt to correct any issues. However, if any problems are beyond our ability to fix, we will refer you back to your designer.

We do not check for design flaws. If we notice any, they will be referred back to you to address with your designer. Any issues with design repetition should be taken up with your designer. We will not compensate for design flaws that go unnoticed on our part—please ensure your files are correct before submission.

Please do not send files directly from your phone, as the resolution may be altered, resulting in poor print quality or incorrect sizing. If you are unsure about colours or scale, we recommend ordering a test metre before placing a full order.

There may be slight colour variations between different fabric bases and print runs. This is not considered a fault, as screen and print colours can differ.

Size Tolerance: +/-5%. If more fabric is sent than ordered, you will receive the excess. Designs are not guaranteed to be printed in a single run, though we will request this from the printers when possible. Marks within 5cm of the selvedge and small ink smudges on the reverse side are sometimes unavoidable. These are not considered faults, but a normal result of the printing process. Any faults on the printed side of the fabric larger than the size of a 20p coin will be compensated.

We cannot print any files that may infringe copyright. By placing your order, you confirm that you hold the rights to the file and that it does not breach copyright. Any files found to violate copyright will be deleted, and a refund will be issued.

PYO slots close at midnight on the last day of each month.  Any orders received after this time without prior agreement will be processed in the next print run.

Delivery is expected within 4 to 6 weeks after the closing date. Please note that any delays outside of our control will not be compensated. Turnaround times may vary due to factors like holidays; for the most up-to-date information, please check our Facebook page.

All fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified. Designs can be split with a minimum of 1 metre per design. Discounts apply when ordering the same base fabric.
